The Chamber’s goal is to advance the economic, industrial, professional, cultural, and civic welfare of the Choctaw area.

We encourage the growth of existing industries and businesses, support activities we believe will be beneficial to the area, oppose those which might be detrimental, and in general, promote the welfare of area citizens by following policies intended to accomplish the greatest good for the greatest number.

Meet the Choctaw Chamber President/CEO, Kaleb Combs.

Kaleb Combs is a dedicated leader with a passion for community development and economic growth. Raised in Jones, Oklahoma, Kaleb has deep roots in the area and a profound commitment to its prosperity. As the President/CEO of the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce, serving Eastern Oklahoma County, Kaleb leverages his experience to champion local businesses and foster a thriving business environment.

Prior to Choctaw, Kaleb worked for the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce and gained valuable experience on the services that a Chamber provides. Kaleb is committed to empowering entrepreneurs, fostering partnerships, and driving innovation across the region. Kaleb is driven by a genuine desire to see Eastern Oklahoma County flourish, and his leadership at the helm of the Choctaw Area Chamber of Commerce reflects his unwavering dedication to that mission. With a focus on empowerment, collaboration, and growth, he is committed to shaping a brighter future for the region he proudly calls home.

WHAT DOES THE CHAMBER DO?

The Chamber facilitates multiple networking events like Coffee & Contacts and Cocktails & Contacts.

We also host several fundraisers to support our mission including our famous Annual Auction, Golf Tournament, BBQ Fest, and Clay Shoot.

Highlighting our members and local businesses through Ribbon Cuttings, our Annual Banquet, and Cash Mobs is also vital to our Chamber’s success.

HOW IS THE CHAMBER ORGANIZED?

The Choctaw Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to preserving and expanding the private enterprise system and the personal freedoms and responsibilities that accompany it. Members are at the top of the organization. They are the strength of our organization – both as stakeholders and the principal customers of the Chamber of Commerce.

General direction and policies are set by a Board of Directors elected by and answerable to the investors. The Board is composed of business and professional people from various sectors of the community who are members of the Chamber.

An Executive Committee is composed of the officers – Chairman, Chairman Elect, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, immediate past chair and President/CEO. The committee acts for and on behalf of the Board when not in session and is answerable to the Board for its actions. The President/CEO is a full-time staff and carries out day-to-day operations.
